Beach Yoga in Hornsea
My beach yoga sessions combine fresh air, mindful movement, and grounding practices. These classes are a unique way to practice yoga outdoors in Hornsea.
Yoga for Tight Hips & Mobility
Many students join my classes because they have tight hips, back stiffness, or spend long hours sitting. My classes focus on improving mobility safely and gradually.

Is yoga suitable for beginners?
Yes. Many of my students are complete beginners. My classes are designed to be accessible and supportive, with options offered throughout the practice.
What should I bring to a yoga class?
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing you can move in. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to message me before your first class.
Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?
Not at all. Flexibility develops over time. Yoga is about building strength, balance, and mobility at your own pace.
Do you offer private yoga sessions?
Yes, I offer one-to-one yoga therapy technique sessions which can be tailored to your needs, whether you’re working with injuries, stress, or specific movement goals.

Alongside my in-person yoga classes in Hull, I also share yoga classes on YouTube. These include beginner yoga flows, yoga for tight hips, gentle yoga for stress relief, and short practices you can do at home.
